👉 Overview
Batch is expanding its Sales team with the addition of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) within Matthieu’s team. The position focuses on generating high-quality business opportunities from two main sources:
- Inbound leads generated by marketing activities
- Registrations from webinars, conferences, and partner events
The SDR role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, playing a key part in Batch’s go-to-market strategy.
👉 Responsabilities
Lead qualification & nurturing
- Timely engagement with inbound leads from forms, campaigns, and content
- Lead qualification based on ICP and scoring criteria
- Outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify needs and schedule meetings for Account Executives / Key Account Managers
- Ongoing nurturing of non-mature leads through CRM workflows and follow-ups
Event support & engagement
- Management of registrations for Batch-hosted or partner events
- Targeted follow-ups designed to increase attendance rates
- Post-event qualification of participants and identification of potential opportunities
- Proactive scheduling of demos or meetings with engaged leads
Collaboration & insights
- Performance tracking and reporting within Salesforce
- Regular feedback to the Marketing team regarding lead quality
- Competitive monitoring and sharing of market insights
👉 Desired Profile
- Initial professional experience in business development, sales, or B2B marketing (internship, apprenticeship, or full-time role)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Interest in SaaS, Martech, and CRM solutions
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
- Knowledge of CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce or Apollo is a plus
👉 Recruitment Process
Batch applies a clear and structured recruitment process consisting of the following steps:
- Introductory call with HR (30 min)
- Interview with Matthieu the manager (45 min)
- Case study or technical test with discussion (45 min)
- Meeting with one of Batch’s co-founders (30 min)
- HR debrief and formal offer
